On a day to day basis he is significantly involved in deal sourcing and analysis, syndication modeling, lender and investor relations, employee and contractor management, and community relations.

Eric has been involved in the real estate industry for more than 13 years, initially cutting his teeth in the DC metro area and Pittsburgh residential market’s before breaking into the world of commercial real estate investing in 2017.

...is responsible for developing and maintaining company systems and infrastructure platforms that Rice Pegher relies on for daily business operations. He is deeply involved in deal analysis and sourcing, syndication positioning and investor relations, and brand design and marketing for the company.

Patrick built his career in technology working for ad agencies and startups in New York, Los Angeles, and San Francisco, and brings this unique experience to his approach at Rice Pegher.

...is responsible for leading the short- and long-term financial actions of Rice Pegher. His duties include managing cash flow and financial planning, as well as analyzing the company's financial strengths and weaknesses and proposing corrective actions. Clayton is integral to deal analysis, syndication modeling, investor relations, employee and contractor management, and lender relations.

Clayton is the Chief Executive Officer of Private Jet Center, an aviation services company and fixed base operator (FBO) with headquarters Zelienople, PA, and brings this unique experience to his approach at Rice Pegher.
